I have been teaching the Alexander Technique for over twenty years, and am certified by the American Society for the Alexander Technique, the Canadian Society of Teachers of the F.M. Alexander Technique, and Regroupement Pour L'éducation Somatique. I teach one-on-one lessons, held at my office near Spadina and Bloor in Toronto. The first lesson is always free in order to allow potential students to discover the benefits of the Alexander Technique. Over the course of a number of lessons, I will show you how to incorporate the Alexander Technique into all areas of your life in order to enhance your movement and flexibility, and to provide relief for health, backache, headache, pain, and a variety of other issues.

The Alexander technique provides relief for tension and stress, as well as for many pain, back, posture, breathing, anxiety, strain, and injury related health conditions. The Alexander Technique is also often sought out by actors, musicians, and dancers to enhance their quality of movement, breathing, and performance.
